DOZO.md – TERMS OF SERVICE, USER AGREEMENT & PRIVACY POLICY

Platform Nature

DOZO.md is a digital marketplace connecting Clients and independent Workers. The Company is not an employer, contractor, or party to service agreements and provides only technological intermediation.

Eligibility & Accounts

Users must be 18+ and legally capable. Users are responsible for account security and accuracy of information. Accounts may be suspended for violations.

Credits & Fees

Workers may use virtual Credits to apply to tasks or access features. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and non-refundable except for verified non-response (72h), policy removal, or technical error. Service fees may apply and are disclosed before confirmation.

Worker Status

Workers are independent contractors responsible for taxes, permits, insurance, and legal compliance. No employment relationship exists.

Client Responsibilities

Tasks must be lawful and accurate. Clients are solely responsible for payment and task clarity. The Company does not guarantee service outcomes.

Disputes

The Company is not liable for User disputes but may review cases and reverse Credits when justified. Decisions on platform enforcement are final.

Acceptable Use

No illegal services, fraud, harassment, fee circumvention, bots, impersonation, or manipulation of ratings. Violations may result in termination.

Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by Dozo Luma Group SRL and protected by law.

Limitation of Liability

Platform provided “as is.” The Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, injury, or User misconduct. Total liability is limited to Credits purchased in the previous 6 months.

Privacy

Data collected may include name, email, phone, location, payment data (via providers), IP, and usage data. Processed for account management, fraud prevention, compliance, and marketing (with consent). Users may request access, correction, deletion, or lodge complaint under Moldovan Law No.133/2011.

Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of Moldova apply. Moldovan courts have jurisdiction.
